Each item is printed once ordered, we do not hold excess inventory. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges on normal circumstances. If an item is lost or damaged please include your order number in the contact form.

Sarcastic Spice is a new and small business and we are currently using a print on demand business model. The majority of the blanks selected are sourced from Mexico and South America with a few exceptions from China (all over print crop tank, snapback hat). Once designs are tested we plan on updating the business model to a more localized and in-house printer.

We are happy to arrange custom orders, dependent on the request. This could range from a custom design (think Bachelorette/Bachelor/Bridal/Baby Shower/Graduation/Birthday etc.) to an existing design on one of the listed products (ie: I want the karens are aliens design on a mug). Simply reach out on the contact form with some details.

We are based out of Boise, Idaho. Born and raised. Once we migrate from the print on demand business model we plan to sell locally as well. Keep watch on Instagram if you're a Boise local.
